Infused with lemongrass, black pepper, ginger and Tulsi, this herbal tea packs a wallop!

For breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner, we always looked forward to this spicy, warm concoction with honey and fresh lemon wedges.

Like pairing a fine wine, this healthy drink was the perfect beverage to accompany our fresh, organic vegetarian meals.

Our yoga class requested the recipe of this fondly remembered tea months after we’d graduated from Yoga Teachers’ Training. Happily shared in our Whatsapp group.
