Kaivalyadham Yogi Herbal Tea

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Fresh ginger grated
  • 2-3 leaves Fresh Lemongrass leaves Nimbu Ghans
  • 3-4 leaves Tulsi Basil leaves Ocimum tenuiflorum,
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a sauce pan, bring to boil and simmer until reduced by about half volume.
  • Strain; add sweetener and a squeeze of lemon to taste if desired.

Notes

We were always served jaggery or honey to use as a sweetener.
