Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • ¼ cup Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Garlic Fresh pressed
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Fresh, sliced
  • ½ cup Buckwheat groats Toasted
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth You can use veggie cubes; bullion
  • tsp Nurtional yeast
  • tsp Light miso paste
  • tsp Soy sauce Use tamari if you have it!
  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • ½ tsp Black peppercorn Freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro Fresh and finely chopped
