Mango Chutney – No Added Sugar
When mangos are in season during the summer months, this a great chutney to make that adds flavor to any dish it accompanies. Sweetened with dates and raisins.

Ingredients
- 4 Mangoes Peeled, de-stoned adn chopped
- 6 Dates De-stoned and chopped
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Star Anise
- 3 Cloves
- 2 inches Cinnamon sitck
- 1/2 cup Applecider viegar
- 1 tsp Mango Powder Amchur
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a heavy bottom sauce pan. Cover and cook on low,stirring frequently for about an hour or until fruit is very soft.
