This one’s made out of ingredients all from India. Unfortunately, it’s mixed with a Ninja blender I carted over from the states. It’s incredible rich and creamy, but I don’t know if you can get the kind of blender such as the Ninja Pro here. I have to warn everybody when I’m turning it on. It’s like a chainsaw, but it makes a hell’ava smoothie in a second!

Notes
Not exactly Ayurvedically sound (shouldn’t be drinking cold drinks, especially with a Kapha imbalance) but really love the smooth sweet and creamy flavor of this. It’s my afternoon snack and my last meal of the day. It will hold me over ’til noon tomorrow, so that gives me approximately 21 hours of intermittent fasting.
Sometimes I make it even less Ayurvedic by adding some mushroom powder i.e Four Sigmatic 10 Mushroom Blend Powder or Lion’s Mane. Brain food, ya know what I mean.
Somebody once said, stick to the 80:20 rule and you’ll be ok – 80% Ayurvedic 20% whatever makes you happy.
