Not exactly Ayurvedically sound (shouldn't be drinking cold drinks, especially with a Kapha imbalance) but really love the smooth sweet and creamy flavor of this. It's my afternoon snack and my last meal of the day. It will hold me over 'til noon tomorrow, so that gives me approximately 21 hours of intermittent fasting.Sometimes I make it even less Ayurvedic by adding some mushroom powder i.e Four Sigmatic 10 Mushroom Blend Powder or Lion's Mane.
