Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt Plain
  • ¼ cup Walnuts Finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Carrots Finely grated
  • 1 tsp Cilantro Finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Black peppercorn Freshly ground
  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt

Instructions

  • Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients. You can keep some walnuts, shredded carrots and cilantro aside for garnish if you'd like.

Notes

Serve as a side dish to spicy Indian food.
