Ingredients

  • 2 Mangos Ripe and sweet; peeled, seed.
  • ¼ cup Powdered milk Full fat; you can use a cup of whole milk instead
  • 1 tbsp Condensed sweet milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract I used pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Water Omit; or add according to thickness
  • 1 cup Ice cubes More of less

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water/milk to desired consistency.

Notes

Yes, this is against Ayurvedic principles not to mix fruit with dairy. But I just had a craving and mangos were gloriously sweet and in season.
I used what I had on hand – powder milk and a can of condensed sweeten milk in my prepping pantry. You could also use fresh whole milk and sugar, Definitely delicious either way!
