Yes, this is against Ayurvedic principles not to mix fruit with dairy. But I just had a craving and mangos were gloriously sweet and in season.I used what I had on hand - powder milk and a can of condensed sweeten milk in my prepping pantry. You could also use fresh whole milk and sugar, Definitely delicious either way!
