Mango Chutney – No Added Sugar

When mangos are in season during the summer months, this a great chutney to make that adds flavor to any dish it accompanies. Sweetened with dates and raisins.

Ingredients

  • 4 Mangoes Peeled, de-stoned adn chopped
  • 6 Dates De-stoned and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 3 Cloves
  • 2 inches Cinnamon sitck
  • 1/2 cup Applecider viegar
  • 1 tsp Mango Powder Amchur
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a heavy bottom sauce pan. Cover and cook on low,stirring frequently for about an hour or until fruit is very soft.
