Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream Use a coconut based creamer for vegan
  • 1 scoop Protein powder, zero carb Isopure, Zero Carb, Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Mushroom Powder Four Sigmatic, 10 Mushroom Blend Mix
  • 2 packets Stevia
  • 1 tbsp Nescafe coffee powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup Ice cubes About 5 - 6 cubes

Instructions

  • Add ingredients in order of listing into a large Ninja Blender. Screw the blade cap on tight and blender a few seconds.
