Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream Use a coconut based creamer for vegan
- 1 scoop Protein powder, zero carb Isopure, Zero Carb, Vanilla
- 1 tsp Mushroom Powder Four Sigmatic, 10 Mushroom Blend Mix
- 2 packets Stevia
- 1 tbsp Nescafe coffee powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup Ice cubes About 5 - 6 cubes
Instructions
- Add ingredients in order of listing into a large Ninja Blender. Screw the blade cap on tight and blender a few seconds.
