Ingredients

  • 2 cups Yogurt Plain; if you can find Indian Dahi, all the better
  • 1 tsp Raita masala Or you can make your own

Instructions

  • Whisk ingredients together until smooth. Add some water if you would prefer a less thick raita.½

Notes

You can dress this raita up by adding finely chopped tomatoes or cucumbers.
