1/3cupButterOr ghee
2 tspOlive oil
1 tbspOreganoDried
1tbspBone Broth
1tbspNutritional Yeast
1tspHimalayan Pink Salt
1/2tspBlack pepperFresh ground

1TomatoFinely chopped
3/4cupTomato puree
⅓cupParmesan CheeseFresh grated
1tbspRaw honeyAdd after cooking

Instructions
Heat butter or ghee and olive oil; add the oregano, bone broth, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper and chopped tomato, hing if using. Stirring constantly to mix about 3-4 minutes to soften the tomatoes.
Add the tomato puree and Parmesan cheese; cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes. You may need to add some water to keep the sauce from getting too thick.
Remove from the heat and whisk in the honey. This whisking also emulsifies the butter/oils to mix well into the sauce.
Notes
I know, bone broth powder is not very sattvic but Devin's extreme Vata imbalance could use all the extra help in grounding.Use canned tomatoes if fresh are not available. Works just fine.
