Mix all ingredients into a paste (except ghee and paneer)
Cut paneer into burger size and marinate for at least 15 minutes
Heat ghee in a fry pan; when hot, add the marinated paneer slicees and cook until gollden brown on each side. Careeful not to burn.
Just before removing, if you would like, add some slliced cheese and cover to melt the cheese.
Serve on toasted burger buns with all the usual accouterments, or, as I did, serve on a bed of steamed broccoli.

Deciding to cut back just a little bit on carbs, I tried this paneer burger on a bed of steamed broccoli.Not quite as seductive as between a burger bun slathered with ketchup and mayonnaise, but very good and would definitely have this again.
